structuRECIPE: Bryan's Power Smoothie



This amazing blend of fruit, peanut butter and chocolate whey protein will give you the bittersweet boost you need to get through anything the day has in store for you!





        • 8 Ounces of Milk*
        • 1 Banana
        • 1/2 Cup of Frozen Strawberries
        • 1/2 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
        • 1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
        • 2 Scoops of Chocolate Whey Protein
        • Ice Cubes**
Pour the milk into the blender followed by the peanut butter. Pour in the strawberries, blueberries and banana. Next, pour the two scoops of whey protein in followed by the ice cubes. Blend for 30 - 40 seconds or until desired smoothness.

*You may substitute milk with soy milk, almond milk, rice milk or water
**Start with 2 - 3 ice cubes and add for desired thickness
